Balsamic Bacon Cream Cheese Dip

Look no further–our Balsamic Bacon Cream Cheese Dip is a great, easy-to-make snack that party-goers will surely enjoy. It’s sweet (thanks to Wedderspoon Manuka Honey), spicy and delicious.

Balsamic Bacon Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 to 5 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled, or 5 oz bacon bits
  • 1 tsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze or 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 green onion

    Directions:

    1. Mix together mayo and cream cheese until well-combined (use mixer if needed). Add cheese, Wedderspoon Manuka Honey, balsamic and mustard. Add bacon and stir in. Next, add remaining ingredients. This dip can be warmed before serving. Top with green onion.
    Best served with sliced apples, crackers or baguettes.
