Froyo is all the rage lately! However, the traditional frozen yogurt you may get at a froyo shop is probably filled with sugar, artificial coloring and other chemicals that aren’t so great for you. This week we’re sharing an easy at-home froyo recipe that includes toppings, mix-ins and yummy Wedderspoon Manuka Honey drizzle, making this treat feel just like “the real thing.” The difference? This frozen yogurt bowl option is much healthier and more energizing. It’s great any time of day!

Frozen Yogurt with Dried Fruit & Manuka

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nancy’s Yogurt
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dried currants
  • 1 tsp dried cherries
  • 1 tsp dried cranberries
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Wedderspoon Manuka Honey

    Directions:

    1. Put yogurt in bowl. Mix seeds, dried fruit and salt in. Stick in freezer for about 20 minutes for the ‘froyo’ aspect. After removing from freezer, drizzle with Wedderspoon Manuka Honey and enjoy!
